      Designed for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Focuses on breathwork, pelvic floor, and core strength.

  • Yes – please contact the studio directly to arrange your 1:1 session or book via appointments online!

  • Click “Book Now” at the top of our website.

  • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before class.
    Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will forfeit the class credit.

    Cancellations need to be managed via your Momence account online.

    • Grip socks (required for safety)

    • A hair band for long hair if needed!

    • Water bottle

    • A positive attitude!

  • Comfy, stretchy workout gear that allows you to move freely.

    For health and safety grip socks must be worn and long hair tied up.

  • All equipment is provided, but you’ll need to wear your own grip socks, don’t worry if you forget we have some to purchase within the studio!

  • Yes, parking is available at the business park, it’s sign posted outside of the studio.

  • Absolutely! Our beginner classes are perfect for you, and our instructors are always happy to guide you.

    • Check with your doctor first, then let us know before booking.

    • Any new or worsening injury must be declared to us before you book a class. Please get in touch ahead of booking so we can advise whether it's safe and suitable for you to join, we'll always do our best to find an option that works for you.

    • Please be aware that if we haven't been notified of an injury prior to booking, we reserve the right to turn you away from the class on health and safety grounds, and your credit may be forfeited.

  • Yes! Book onto our Burn with Baby classes! Bring your babies bouncer, car seat or play mat and let them watch you work! *pre movers only

  • If you’re over 5 minutes late for health & safety reasons, we won’t be able to let you in and your credit will be forfeited.

  • You can book classes as soon as the schedule is live in the Momence app.

  • Pilates can be a brilliant option during and after pregnancy, but there are a few things we need you to do before attending.

    • Please let us know before booking, and make sure you've been cleared to exercise by your midwife, GP or healthcare provider. If you're in your first trimester, medical clearance is required. If you're postnatal, please ensure you've had your 8-week check and been given the go-ahead by your GP.

    • Not all of our instructors hold a pre- and postnatal qualification. You can check individual bios on our booking platform to find a class that's right for you.

    • Please keep your instructor updated with any changes to your pregnancy or health, and remember that while we take every precaution, it is important for you to listen to your body and don't hesitate to let your instructor know how you're feeling.

  • Members may request to freeze their membership after the 3 month initial commitment, for a maximum of 1 month per calendar year.

    We require 30 days notice for all membership freezes. Please email your request to info@powerhousepilates.uk
